And when we tested this hypothesis comparing the transcriptional program between NRAS, BRAF and NRAS/BRAF-WT tumours, indeed we see that BRAF-mutated tumours have a more 'cutaneous-like' (as opposed to 'volar-like' (i.e. acral skin)) program! We also see this in other data (8/12)

@JAMADerm I had a patient earlier this week with Alopecia Totalis who did not respond to 2mg baricitinib daily but has now started to show some hair regrowth on 4mg baricitinib daily after 3 months. She and I were both very happy! Great to see this in press.

Patients with severe alopecia areata not achieving successful regrowth of scalp hair with baricitinib, 2 mg, may benefit from uptitration to baricitinib, 4 mg. ja.ma/45nm5xu
