@ronmortgageguy I’m in a mortgage like this. They wanted me to increase my payment by 2000 and that was a couple months ago. I rather pay the interest separate, if at all, than increase my payment in times like this no matter how much money someone has.

To discuss this issue with bank personnel or have a conversation with the Call Center Clearly these banks want to make a real effort to convince borrowers to make a BIG payment increase and not just cover the interest Such is how banks react to their Regulator's pressure 6/
