Today I promised a Kindy kid that her dad hadn’t forgotten her and that he would definitely pick her up. I then had to wait 45 minutes for him to arrive (he had no phone). By that point, I was beginning to wonder if I would have 5 kids this w/e as that was her solution 😂

We asked our next door neighbours to keep an eye on our dog while we were away and she hasn’t really returned since we got home. Apparently J let her sleep on the bed and K has been cooking her mince and vege so I would say our dog is making a wise choice

God help me, but I’ve made a Twitter because I can’t deal with “TERFs” and their ilk for another minute. My daughter has happily lived her life as trans for years. At first I felt so relieved seeing her finally at peace. In the last year, I do not recognise the same person.

Couldn’t be more grateful for our 4 kids - currently cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, putting washing on, and attending a zoom drama class after taking the rubbish out to the bin. @genlevel and I sometimes despair at how helpless they act but moments like these feel great.
