🚨 Attention Beachgoers: We've received reports of medical waste washing ashore from Indian River Inlet to Fenwick Island. Our Emergency Response Team is on site. For your safety, we advise visitors leave the beach and refrain from swimming at this time.

Like drunk driving, drugged driving is impaired operation, which means it is dangerous and illegal in all states and territories. Operating a vessel while impaired poses a threat to the driver, passengers and others out on the water. #OpDryWater

Recently, members of the Delaware Natural Resources Police Honor Guard Unit attended a weeklong National Honor Guard Training Conference, hosted by the @DEStatePolice

We want to inform the public there was a spillage of Buckman's Liquid Shock on the roadway as a result of this crash. Emergency responders and hazmat teams are on the scene, and the situation is under control. There is no hazmat concern, and public safety is not at risk. Route 1 southbound remains closed while the spill is cleaned up. Route 1 northbound has been reopened. An update will be provided when Route 1 southbound is reopened. Please seek alternate routes of travel while we work diligently to clean the spill.
