Reduction in VAT in many states are automatic. VAT is ad valorem & charged on the basic price (including central excise, etc). C Excise was cut on Sat. Hence, VAT is automatically reduced in states depending on VAT rates they hv. #PetrolDieselPriceCut #PetrolDieselPrice
