It is believed that the co-owner of the Thirsty Whale in Newburyport reached out to Justin Aylaians lawyers about Kelsey’s behavior at the bar. (Name of bar is not mentioned in court docs). Stephanie Romano, who is co-owner of the Thirsty Whale was previously a police dispatcher in Newburyport as well as Georgetown. It’s probably safe to assume there are some connections to either Justin/ Kelsey there. Although it’s not clear what actually happened, several locals have asked staff about this incident, who allegedly say nothing of the sort happened.

@DoctorTurtleboy @Lawferio After watching the full Lucky interview I had chills. It becomes abundantly clear they're trying to silence you. Most people would back down out of fear. You didn't. We have your back Aidan ! Proud of you !

Why would that bother me? The commonwealth and state police have chosen to target me because I wouldn’t remain silent while they covered up a murder and framed an innocent woman. They indicted and incarcerated me, and in doing so I have nightmares all the time about going back to jail and being taken away from my kids. But they’re doing this to me because I stood up for something that was morally right, so I’m proud of that, not ashamed to be human. Maybe you think that’s funny. Maybe you think it’s cool for someone to intentionally trigger a reaction like that by threatening to make up a lie about domestic violence in order cause a flashback, and then secretly record it and post it on the internet. It says a lot more about the person filming. When this is all said and done I’ll be able to be proud of what ive done and the obstacles I’ve overcome. It used to bother me, much like having revenge porn of me sent out by a scorned ex, but im immune to it now. So no, as much as you wish it did, it doesn’t bother me that the world saw the psychological effects of what corrupt law enforcement officials have done to me.

Murd Mama Shirilla describes the “very scary situation” that she and her “little tiny” daughter experienced when Mackenzie went to prison. Then she speaks about horror stories of what people have to endure. “Things can always be worse no matter what you’re going through” I can think of scarier situations..much scarier like maybe ask the parents of the 2 boys her tiny daughter killed and what they have to endure everyday. Randall then later goes on to say he doesn’t think they were laughing in the prison phone calls.
