@OCFailspo Exactly. The most annoying part in all this is that OC surely knows that it is giving us garbage info.

How is it is possible that in 2025, OC Transpo "real time" data gives you different answers to the question "when is the bus coming?" depending on which service you use to query the supposedly real-time data, and that none of the answers is correct except by coincidence?

@OC_Transpo We’d like to discuss reliability. This was Monday during rush hour, bus supposed to come every 15min, frequently cancelled!

@WendyTierney4 @HurleyOCHUCUPE It does not add doctors and nurses by magic, the health professionals who work for private clinics are not/less available for public healthcare. Less patients in line, but also less health professionals to treat patients, so the line remains slow.

@HurleyOCHUCUPE If people can afford to go, private, then no one should try and stop them. That frees up space in the public system for those that cannot go private. Why can no one see this?

As Ford privatizes cataract surgeries, access for the wealthiest in Ontario has grown by over 20% while it has declined for the rest of us, and by 9% for the most marginal. Wealthiest enclaves are in yellow on this map – the rest of us in blue. It’s the inverse of universality.

@OC_Transpo #261 (at 7:29) and #67 a few minutes later refused to stop and pick up passengers at this stop. Is there something special about those routes?

HIV smoldered for decades before becoming widespread in the early 80s. At the time, being diagnosed with an HIV infection was a death sentence. There was no real cure (still isn’t) and no treatment. By any measure, HIV was one of the worst diseases of the last century. 3/ nature.com/articles/d4158…

It is with deep regret that I announce I am no longer Artist-in-Residence at the Atlantic Veterinary College effective immediately. I've begun a collection of political paintings entitled 'O Canada'. The administration gave me a choice: remove a painting or leave.

Two shots from later today at home. 5 beautiful #geese flying over. I just love these birds. The other shot is of some of the #ice that came ashore in chunks as it was carried along by the current.
