Im at the stage of why should i not show what them bastards did to my babies foot… how did this not contribute to his death? I think something was majorly covered up. As his death was apparently expected and natural causes🥴 What a mess!! QMC you broke my heart💔

@Demi9692x This is baffling isn’t it 🤯 in Wynters inquest they asked for the people involved 1st. It rages me that inquests are not consistent and I would be interested to know which coroner it was @NatalieNeedham1

Does this seem right? Why would a coroner not request statements from doctors involved in my babys care and doctors and nurses who was involved in incidents with him aswell? How would a coroner know who to write to to request statements either like he says?😏 #ockreview

@babylossmummy @NatalieNeedham1 The hospital did their circumstances of death and it just was made like eden was poorly constantly! This was not the case. They also didnt send the coroner any of the incident reports iv recently found out myself. The coroner was called miss m casey??

@Demi9692x If you feel like doing so, go to the Media. Too many NHS staff are getting away with doing terrible things. NHS staff will lie & maybe even shred documents.

Should incident reports be sent to the coroner along with medical records that was sent, conveniently missed out i wonder ???? 🤨

I’d like to say that we do not agree with the cqc right to reply that they only became aware of Harriet’s case 4.5 years after her death. We have their emails to prove this.
