Hello! I'm a grad student in the @EBhoj lab at CHOP and am starting a new project on MAP2K4. I'm looking to see if anyone has recently worked with this MAP2K4/MKK4/SEK1 knockout mouse (B6;129S1-Map2k4tm1Lizon/J -- 003666). I'm hoping to get tips on working with this mouse! TIA 🤞

@_ValerieDeLeon_ @DemilyDurham Maybe I’ll post a thread with my results? I have to add some data on relative difficulty of the technical challenge and do some requested multivariate stats. Have I mentioned that I’m not particularly skilled at stats?

I am under a deadline to finalize the content for an entire 16 week anatomy course within the next two weeks. Naturally I spent the afternoon analyzing 12 seasons worth of data from the Great British Bake Off to prove a point to a colleague. #FridayProductivity

I am often remote tech support for my parents. My dad volunteered to keep track of membership information for a community club, using Excel. He has never used Excel. I tried to talk him through saving a copy of the file and things just went downhill rapidly from there.
