Ces deux images racontent quelque chose que l’Occident peine à comprendre : au Japon, on construit des carrières sur 30 ans au même endroit. Après la transition chaotique de l’ère HD, leurs studios n’ont pas explosé en vol. Ils ont tenu, ce sont remis en question malgré des échecs tonitruants, et ont transmis puis formé de nouveaux développeurs. Ici on a les mêmes visages, trois décennies plus tard. Il y a une certaine continuité créative, mais cette fois sous l’égide de Naoki Hamaguchi en directeur, qui était un jeune ado lorsqu’il jouait pour la première fois à FF VII en 1997. Cet alliance du vieux et de l’ancien forme une mémoire vivante du médium. Pendant que l’Occident enchaîne les restructurations et dilue ses talents, eux capitalisent sur l’expérience. Il suffit de regarder Nintendo, Atlus, RGG ou Capcom : cette longévité n’est pas un hasard, c’est un modèle. On dit qu’au Japon on se marie deux fois. La première fois avec sa femme, la seconde fois avec son entreprise. Pour le meilleur, comme pour le pire.

So look, I'm all for supporting the girlies but making a blanket statement assuming all women agree on this isn't accurate Literally met my partner gaming, we've been together for years, and he is part of my content etc. I think his ability to balance being a dad, partner, producer, org team & brand manager, and sweaty nerd all at once with proper attentiveness is one of the hottest things on the planet.

So I'll be honest I haven't touched a build guide since Diablo 3, BUUUT if I had to pick, I'd say things that are open to player modification/flexibility. I personally prefer making it up as I go based on what interacts where, and what one blaster may enjoy bc 0 challenge/big damage may not be enjoyable for me if I prefer needing to use a bit more tech and strategy in a fight so I feel the accomplishment

@itspsychosa For me, I don't care about absolutely min/maxing my damage. I like something that is fun and smooth to play, that can kill bosses and speedfarm decently well, with bonus points if it looks flashy. 😅 I'm a simple man.

To add to this... I meant what makes a good build or what do you look for in builds made by others? It's a blast to make your own build that gets into high Torments but I was asking this because I'm trying to tinker with builds that other players would enjoy :)
