@simon_singiza @GenKatusiime Ok what stopped you from also combining all the private foreign corporations in Uganda and We see how much they pay. My bigger argument is that patriotism is not necessarily commensurate with bigger taxes. If you insist then it proves your argument is not logic based.

@DenisOtim18 @GenKatusiime Even if I am to use ur wrong example. The president is the head of govt. And govt workers combined contribute 1 trillion in taxes. Mtn on the other hand pays an estimate of 800 billion.

Amos Wekesa doesn't love this country. That's the hill I am willing to die on. You can't be that greedy, selfish, insensitive and openly contemptuous of Ugandans and you tell me you care about this country. He doesn't give two hoots about the worker bees, just the honey.

@simon_singiza @GenKatusiime By your logic, MTN proprietors are more patriotic than say for example the president of Uganda since they pay more taxes than him. Paying taxes higher taxes does not necessarily make one more patriotic than the rest.

@GenKatusiime I find it diabolical for u accuse some who employs 100s of Ugandans, pays billions in taxes and invests million of dollars in this country for not loving this country. Ok you who loves it show us what u have done.

@PatriciaAt35039 @DamalieKatrah Damalie, never mind Atim. She and others like her from our place, sometimes feel both insulted and offended when people from other parts of the country point out how poor the north is. It's true and I don't think you said to ridicule or belittle northerners like me!

Mr. @CHRISBARYOMUNS1, your foolishness doesn’t just behoove me, it deserves a national monument. Remember Kanungu? You collapsed in your own constituency like a poorly parked trailer. They tried rushing you into the local hospital, but your legendary distended stomach filed a separate application for entry and still couldn’t fit through the door. The building took one look at that presidential-sized belly and said, “Not today.” So they airlifted the whole circus, you, your stomach, and whatever dignity you had left, first to Kampala, then all the way to Nairobi—in another country. Yet here you are today, clutching your pearls in horror at the filth in Mbarara Hospital. Mr. Bigoddo, we watched you waddle through that same muck like a hippo on a spa day, your belly arriving in every room three full seconds before the rest of you. The audacity of these nincompoops is truly world-class.

Feel bad for the United fans lapping this up. This signing is the biggest indication they haven’t got a clue which direction they’re heading in. Midfield rebuild with a bench player at Chelsea and a soon to be 30 year old from Villa just screams rash. 0 chance they finish T4. 👍

@YkeeBenda Actually I think it's a smarter move especially if we can add kone also. Tilemans brings prem, UCL and UEFA experience , versatility and leadership that Kobe and the rest of the young lads can learn from. Given how inflated the market is, this is a genius move and cheap too!!

@SimonKaggwaNjal @atwookipk @BalaamBarugahar Njala stop your lugezigezi, let Balaam work. Camera or no camera as long as he is holding people to account and he is following due process. You will also use your style which is correct when you're minister. Now if all the ministries were doing the same impunity would stop!

Ndugu @BalaamBarugahar, my two cents on your new onslaught on corrupt civil servants; follow the process. Please stop condemning officials publicly and ordering their arrest. That is populism and more of gallery politics. Go, establish facts, get back to office, consult and recommend.

@SimonKaggwaNjal This can be interpreted as as admission of you being part of the dimwit Ugandans who perish mostly out of recklessness on the road. It's a given anywhere in the world that the train never ever waits it's the other road users' responsibility to be on the alert always. Njala, osesa

@DjDukesta @Lemonbryz If that's the case it's even worse coz confidence is big for players these days. Having zero minutes in the group stage where it would be easier and the team had more room for error but you're telling me it will be easier in the knockout squeaky bum time?

@Lemonbryz He is killing our player’s confidence. He should have just left him behind. As it is the team has been working on bringing the old Kobbie back since Amorin destroyed that. He should have just left him honestly.

🚨 Thomas Tuchel on why Kobbie Mainoo hasn’t been given any minute to play for England in the World Cup; 🗣️ Thomas Tuchel: “Kobbie possesses that rare composure and football intelligence that lets him influence games even when he enters from the bench. He can come on, win key duels, shield the ball under pressure, progress play calmly through tight spaces, and immediately bring control and structure to the midfield. Players who can do that with such maturity at his age are very rare, and that’s precisely why he’s part of this squad. When I look at our starting eleven, I see world-class players who have experience, chemistry, and a clear understanding of each other. Kobbie is still developing, but he already has enormous potential. Sometimes people assume not starting someone means a lack of trust. That’s not the case here. It often means trusting him enough to deliver exactly what the game needs at the right moment. We need players like Kobbie Mainoo who can read situations quickly and provide an instant stabilising or progressive impact. Fresh legs, fresh tactical discipline, and that unflappable confidence can decide matches at the highest level. I know exactly what he’s capable of, and when the moment arrives, I won’t hesitate to use him. His opportunity will come — players with his qualities don’t stay on the bench for long.”

@jamesonen James with IQ all the time. Do you know Africa has some of the most educated leaders and yet that doesn't translate into development. Amin if Uganda did way better than M7 in just 8yrs yet he was a P3 drop out. Mugabe 7 degrees by all accounts very intelligent but 🙈 Zimbabwe

For any man, trials and tribulation come as a package to either break or strengthen our nerves most especially to those who have invested in Human Capital. They reveal who should be referred to as your friends and Family. Hon. Muwanga now knows that, those he abused for, were never worthy. But those he abused, were truly friends and family. They got into the dungeons to get him out despite the altercations at the heat of Politics. Welcome back Honorable. Obusibe Buggwa.
