Partnerships and token value capture.** The institutional list is impressive on paper, but the COTI token sits at $0.014 — down ~98% from its ATH. The StaTwig vaccine pilot in Bangladesh consumed roughly 400 COTI ($5) for 10 million transactions. That's elegant cryptography, but it's also near-zero value capture for the native token. Could the team share: how current institutional partnerships translate into measurable on-chain activity, and what is the explicit framework linking enterprise usage to native COTI demand (gas burn, staking, fee capture)? **2. Real performance numbers, not comparative claims.** The "1000x faster than FHE" and "10x lighter than ZK" framing is repeated often, but builders and holders need mainnet-validated throughput under real load. Public documentation references ~40 TPS for confidential transactions. For a project targeting CBDC retail volumes and institutional RWA settlement, this is an order of magnitude away from requirements. Could the team share: the current sustained confidential TPS on mainnet, the numbered roadmap to reach 1,000+ confidential TPS, and a firm delivery window for the decentralized sequencer described in the V2 whitepaper? Not "later in 2026" a quarter, a milestone, a verifiable commitment. **3. The community engagement gap.** This is the hardest question to ask, but ignoring it would be dishonest. The CEO has publicly described a Tier-1 exchange listing for native COTI V2 as "pending," with Mainnet 2.0 to follow in "2-4 weeks." That guidance was given several months ago. Meanwhile, Binance delisted the COTI/BTC pair on February 13, 2026. That's the opposite of a positive Tier-1 signal.
