@Densuo Easy. Boil chicken broth. Home made or no. Chop up ginger, green garlic, minced carrots, cabbage, rice vinegar, a shot of Japanese whiskey and red pepper flakes and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Add shrimp stock of any kind be it dried shrimp or a flavor, simmer an hour.

If your ramen broth can't count as half if thr classic food pyramid you're doing it wrong. (Saved the chinese and asian ingredients from july4th and made a rich broth with shrimp... im crying tears of satisfaction... and buldak)
