Cape Fear HS won the Maxwell Cup for the 6th time in 8 years as the top athletic program in Cumberland Co. We are also a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence for academics, culture, and community involvement. Cape Fear is a great place to learn, work, and be involved. Go Colts!

The @CFHAnnouncement, home softball game scheduled for today has been postponed to tomorrow, 5/16/24 @ 6:30pm vs Havelock. We will also host a soccer game tomorrow @ 6:30pm vs Northern Nash. Come out and support Colt playoff runs!

Also, our Girls Soccer team hosts Triton on Monday, 5/13/24 @ 6pm.

Our @CFHAnnouncement Spring Sports are crushing it! Baseball, softball, soccer, golf and tennis wrapped up conference championships and/or tournament championships. Girl’s LAX made their 1st ever playoff appearance, and track has several athletes competing in regionals. Go Colts!
Fantastic late night win for @CFColtsTennis in the first round of the NCHSAA playoffs against a very tough Jacksonville team. So proud of them overcoming a rain delay and 11pm finish, to earn the first ever playoff win for Boys Tennis at CF! Great job @RealSamBullard and team!
Proud of our athletes @CFHAnnouncement. We had the honor of being special guests for Armstrong Elementary School’s, Read Across America Day. Question of the morning was if we are all on the same team: Yes we are, and those kids are on our team too! Cape Fear District Strong!
Scrimmages are over! Great showing by our guys today…their energy is contagious. Great group that loves the game!
