Hate to say this, but @CyberLink Powerdirector has become completely unusable. It used to be great. Now it's slow and full of bugs, possibly due to the massive amount of AI components in each update. Won't be renewing. Unfortunate.

Submitting support tickets is useless. You just get a copy and paste email back basically saying, "It's not our fault, it's yours" with loads of diagnostics to run, all of which I've done. No change. So they take no responsibility now. The other reason I won't renew.
