RE/MAX finally found a property they couldn’t sell: Denver’s business climate. 🎈📉 The balloon is officially drifting to Florida, joining the 30+ other companies that realized "Mile High" refers to the taxes and the vacancies, not the opportunities.

In Denver, it currently takes longer to get a building permit than it does to grow a human being. 🍼 🏗️ We’re ranked 50th in housing competitiveness because the 'Free Market' is currently stuck in a 330-day PDF queue at the permitting office.

@DenverCREBroker But you see the problem? Using a company’s *transaction volume* to imply it pays a ton of corporate income tax is dishonest. $340k in net income tax is not the Titanic-sized crisis you (and several others) make it out to be. Especially since their most of their ops remain here.

@DenverCREBroker On top of that, it reported 2025 net profits of $8.2 million. You think this is a $14 billion company? Please tell me you’re not really this glaringly stupid.

@DenverCREBroker And I see you deleted the post that spoke directly to the lying you were doing so thank you for at least doing that.

@DenverDad60 Operations staying doesn't change the fact that the headquarters is moving to FL. When a $14 billion company shifts its legal home, Colorado losing corporate tax revenue and high-level executive payroll is an objective economic reality, not dishonesty, sir.

@DenverCREBroker Real has publicly said significant portions of RE/MAX’s operation will remain in Colorado. If you can’t be honest about publicly verifiable information, who would trust you to handle their commercial real estate needs?

@DenverCREBroker If Colorado had a strong economy, brands would be strong because of strong cash flow and valuation. They would be acquiring out of state companies and keeping brand headquarters here.

@DenverCREBroker @allmuricanguy The older, morbidly obese man appears to be calling for the murder of the President. His wife, holding the matching sign, seems 'faux' in every way. The third woman's sign, however, is one most of us can agree with. We've had more than enough of this kind of stupidity.

@SwipeWright Meditation and prayer are the same thing. Whether you’re talking to yourself, Jesus, or the universe it’s all self-reflection. And that’s why we should stop fighting over the word “prayer” in schools.

I’m an atheist and I don’t pray, but I still think prayer is a good thing. It fosters reflection, gratitude, and connection with others. It’s profoundly prosocial.

@ThoughtCrimes80 I see more Trump signs in the neighborhoods outside Denver, in the rich ones. I don't think I've ever seen a Trump sign downtown Denver. Probably there are so many brainwashed people who will do something to your sign or house because you have that sign
