OFFICIAL: Chelsea have been handed a suspended one-year ban from signing first-team players and given a £10m ($13.7m; €11.6m) fine from the Premier League relating to alleged breaches of financial rules during Roman Abramovich’s time as owner.

If Enzo, along with the likes of Caicedo, Palmer, and Colwill, decide to seek better opportunities, they should be allowed to do so. These players deserve more recognition and rewards. Their current salaries are relatively low compared to the standard offered by other top clubs, and they haven't won any major trophies since their arrival. Given the current trajectory, it doesn't seem like a significant change is imminent. Moreover, there has been a lack of major sponsorship deals for the club over the past 4-5 years. Any player who feels their future lies elsewhere and wishes to pursue greater opportunities should be allowed to leave Chelsea, as it would be in the best interest of their career.
