Downing St spokesman: “The UK Government does not support independence or another referendum. “People need their governments focused on the issues that really matter — economic growth, the cost of living, and public services. Our focus must be on delivery, not division".

Reform UK MSP Senga Beresford tells Scottish Government to 'stop focusing on the politics of division'. In her maiden Holyrood speech, @BeresfordSenga says she sends two of her children to school in England, due to concerns about Scottish education

@scotfax @Stevo71Tate I think the voting system should be changed too, but imagine the outcry if a single political party attempted to do so.

Fixed it for you: “There is a clear pro-independence majority in Scotland’s Parliament, elected by a deliberate corruption of the voting system to turn a minority of the people of Scotland to a nationalist majority in Parliament.” You have no mandate from the people.
Gillian Mackay - Scottish Greens@Gillian_Mackay1

There is a clear pro-independence majority in Scotland’s Parliament, elected democratically by the people of Scotland. Unionist parties should respect that mandate and stop blocking Scotland’s right to choose our own future.

When Pete Wishart next bumps his gums about the independence movement needing a ‘code of conduct’, someone that he hasn’t blocked should suggest it would be best practice not to let the SNP anywhere near the finances.

@Rachael2Win We saw what you did, and the response. 2nd to 5th, losing 19 seats in the process, and this type of nonsense explains your failure.

Today, I asked John Swinney if he thought he lacked judgement in the appointment of Peter Murrell. I also asked the First Minister if the Lord Advocate will publish reasons for why Nicola Sturgeon was not investigated further. The whole sorry saga stinks.
Scottish Conservatives@ScotTories

The Lord Advocate must publish the reasons why the Crown Office chose not to charge Nicola Sturgeon as part of Operation Branchform. The public deserve the truth. No secrecy. No cover-up. Full transparency.

@DenverNazca @Stevo71Tate It was open to it. They kept the system so they could exploited the flaws in the system and make nationalist votes worth 180% of a unionist vote.

It took NASA 11 years to put a man on the moon, but the SNP still haven’t come good on a near 20-year-old promise to dual the A9. We need to look to what more Parliament can do to hold the Scottish Government's feet to the fire to finally dual the A9.

@scotfax @Stevo71Tate They've kept the system drawn up by Labour and Lib Dem in the late 'nineties. It hasn't changed. Was it corrupt from the outset?

@Stevo71Tate The electoral system has been devolved since 2016. Since then nationalists have deliberately corrupted the system to make it disproportional to them. Nae luck, you are a busted flush.

John Swinney decided the first thing parliament should debate ... a referendum on breaking up our country. An unwanted distraction from the REAL priorities of the people of Scotland.

@TalkTV @JuliaHB1 The same people who thought they'd do a number on Sturgeon by claiming she was in a marriage of convenience are the loudest voices stating she should have known about his cash dealings. That's my reaction.
