Last night at Sheffield Northern General Hospital, I witnessed an air ambulance bring in a patient for treatment.
I was just about to drive out when the ambulance crew asked me not to move until they authorised it.
Seeing the level of coordination and professionalism up close was truly something else😁🚁👏

Prison Officer’s job sometimes comes with a lot of risks. It can be interesting and rewarding, but it is not a job for someone without courage, patience, discipline, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Cos for me, I go just dey look around 24/7😫

My neighbor’s wife already has five children, and she is currently breastfeeding her youngest child. Even with the demands of caring for a large family, she remains patient, attentive, and deeply committed to her children’s wellbeing. Her days are filled with constant responsibility, but she continues to care for them with strength.
One day she has family issues with her husband, the issues get worst the husband leave her and the children and run away, many weeks later the woman struggled to feed the family, she is not doing anything that could help financially to be able to take good care of the family,
When I noticed that, I supported her by buying her and the family 1 bag of rice and even supported them with a cash of 200,000 naira

I sell cement at the market here in Abeokuta. A customer came to pay for 150 bags of cement, collected receipt and disappeared for over 4 months.
Yesterday, he came back with trucks to carry the cement. He said he had been seriously sick since the day after he made payment, that’s why he couldn’t come earlier.
I explained to him that the price of cement has increased since then and he needs to add more money before carrying the goods. I even offered to refund the exact amount he paid back then if he’s not comfortable.
Omo, the man got angry immediately
He said he’s not adding any money and he’s not collecting refund. According to him, “na the cement wey I pay for I wan carry.”
He even threatened to drag me legally next week.
Before he drags me, that’s why I said I should ask if I’m really wrong because honestly, market price don go up and I no wan lose money o.
Pls what do I do now I need your advice it seems this man wants to chêât me ?

Hmmmn.
Uncle kayode came for Nysc in my hometown.
Very jovial young man.
He was baba for the girls.
Always happy.
Suddenly he became sick.
They took him to the hospital, EVERY TEST was carried out.
They found nothing.
They treated him and in few days he became well.
When you visit him in the hospital, you can see a man who is ready to come home.
As soon as he gets home, he gets sick again.
He repeated this “in and out of hospital” like 5times, then his family went spiritual.
What the pastor (CELE) told them was that…. He’s a walking dead.
That the only way he won’t fall sick again is for him not to step on the sand for life.
That.. in as much as he can stay away from that, he might live..
Bro.. if you carry the guy to the hospital, give him two days, he’s well.
If they discharge him… as soon as he gets home and start his normal life, he falls sick again.
The last time, he fell sick… he did not make it to the hospital.
Dr. Ose Etiobhio@osemagnum
what made you realize life is spiritual?

"The condition of our nation and the urgent need to rescue Nigeria, informed my decision to leave ADC for NDC."
Yesterday, I formally joined the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), alongside my dear brother, Engr. Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, with one clear purpose: to continue the struggle for a new Nigeria built on justice, competence, accountability, and compassion for the ordinary Nigerian.
As I stated yesterday, this decision was not made out of anger, personal ambition, or convenience. It came after deep reflection on the present condition of our nation and the urgent need to rescue Nigeria from the dangerous path it is currently heading.
Over the years, I have remained steadfast in my conviction that politics should never be about individuals, positions, or personal gain. It must be about the people, especially the millions of Nigerians who today can no longer afford necessities, whose businesses are collapsing, whose children are losing hope, and whose future is becoming increasingly uncertain.
I left the ADC for the same reason I left the Labour Party: the severe, orchestrated litigation and internal crises deliberately designed to ensure that I, alongside many other notable individuals, do not effectively participate in the electoral process. I sincerely appreciate and remain deeply grateful to the Leadership of ADC for the opportunity to work together in pursuit of a better Nigeria. I am particularly grateful to ADC Chairman Senator David Mark for his exceptional Leadership. I also deeply appreciate my Leader and elder brother YE, Atiku Abubakar, as well as other respected leaders within the party.
As we join the NDC, I sincerely appeal to the Nigerian Government against the encouragement of unresolved litigations and the infusion of crises within political parties. Democracy must never become a weapon against the people. A healthy democracy thrives on strong institutions, credible alternatives, and the freedom of citizens to make choices without intimidation, manipulation, or fear. Opposition parties must not be weakened or destroyed, because when democracy loses balance, the people ultimately suffer.
Nigeria today is passing through one of the most difficult periods in its history. Poverty is rising. Hunger is widespread. Insecurity continues to threaten lives and livelihoods. Businesses are shutting down daily. Our young people are becoming discouraged, and many citizens have lost faith in the system. At a time like this, leadership must be driven not by propaganda or division, but by competence, capacity, character, and compassion.
Our decision to join the NDC is therefore not an abandonment of values, but a continuation of the same mission we have always stood for: building a Nigeria where leadership is about service, where public resources are managed responsibly, where institutions function independently, and where every Nigerian, regardless of tribe, religion, region, or social status, can live with dignity, security, and hope.
I remain committed to working with all Nigerians of goodwill across political, ethnic, and religious lines. The task before us is bigger than any individual or political party. It is about the future of our children and the survival of our dear nation.
I thank Nigerians, especially our youths and women, for remaining peaceful, resilient, and hopeful despite the enormous challenges confronting the country. I urge you not to lose faith in Nigeria. Nations do not change because people surrender to hopelessness; they change because people continue to believe, continue to sacrifice, and continue to stand for what is right.
A new Nigeria is still POssible. -PO
