@nexton9news If you step through their phone tree it just dead ends you, saying you should call during regular business hours (I always do). There is also "Schedule a call" functionality that seems to be unavailable, and you can't schedule an appointment at their Lakewood service center

@nexton9news I have been trying to contact the Colorado Taxpayer Helpline for a couple of months now (regarding a protest over my individual tax refund). Their phone hotline never seems to accept calls, and I have received no followup to email. Any idea what's going on there?
