For having a better perspective on which side is dominating the HTF trend, study momentum. The faster price travels in one direction, the stronger the momentum behind the move. The slower and less efficient the move becomes, the weaker the momentum. Within large price swings, measure how much time price takes to move from point A to point B. The market doesn’t only leave clues through direction, but it also leaves clues through speed. Understanding how quickly price expands can help you to identify where momentum is strengthening + where participation is accelerating and in which direction the next major move may develop.

I am not even going to pretend I didn't cry reading this. I received this DM today. 4 years ago, I gifted a free membership to someone going through a rough patch, who's daughter was starting medical school. Just built a "VWAP deviation absorption" indicator for @MMT_Official_. It's an upgrade on my TradingView version, now using real orderflow. Buy/Sell delta, CVD, and book depth to find where aggressive flow is getting absorbed at the band extremes. Histogram shows it clean.
