I did say in my article that Wardley accuracy was dreadful when he needed it, after the knockdowns in round 1 & 3 he lost his accuracy and couldn’t find it again. That probably happened because of the pounding he was getting.

@ClonesCyclone May be in a minority of one but after the sensational first 3 rounds I found it lacking in skill.It was 2 big,slow robots slogging away at each other with Fabio looking really limited due to taking too many big shots and fatigued.Didnt see it live so prob not same

@ClonesCyclone A top class fight could have gone either way but wardley face looked in a bad way to many bad cuts a broken nose that's for sure you can't knock the mans bravery but I think it should have been stopped earlier he can come back again no problem

The difference is that Wardley was never hurt like that before, Dubois is ferociously heavy handed, you could see from Fabio’s reaction that he’d never been hit like that. I know it was for the World HW Title but as a cornerman you’ve got to know when enough is enough.

@shilensays We have survived in the championship Jimmy Morrison and is coaching staff did a fantastic job to keep us up but to be honest it's been a awful season we have gone from a play off team to a survival team this is a massive next season players out of contract recruitment
