It has really been horrible to go thru and can only imagine what you have had to endure." For instance, my wife loves to cook and quilt, because she watches and seeks out those videos thats what her feed sends her.

Dugan Ashley has been arrested by the ATF for making first amendment protected videos on making explosives. He is a Youtuber with a family and has no criminal convictions. The ATF needs to be removed of ALL criminal enforcement powers. Congress did not pass any laws pertaining to the manufacturing or being engaged in the business of. These are made up RULES by the ATF. Bureaucrats in the executive branch do not have the power to create comprehensive criminal codes under our constitution. When the "rules" come with the ability to lay criminal charges they aren't rules anymore, they are laws. All rule making should be limited to CIVIL enforcement action and if criminal charges are involved it must be a law passed by congress.
