That was probably the most likely selection for the Bengals at 10.

@G_Lindsey12 @CoachJimFuller No they won’t. If Simpson is their guy where they trade next years first they would just take him at the top of the 1st or trade back slightly to get more capital then take him. You aren’t going to trade a future first to move up 4 picks from 34 to 30

Respectfully, this is overkill. You nerfed the knife which removed the option to punish people overpushing (which for the record, I'm fine with!), and now you're removing yet another tool to punish overpushing.
I think a ROF decrease would've been a better solution, personally. Or a range nerf.

UPDATE: WTF WSTRs We're gonna take a shot at bringing the WSTR more in line. Right now it's become a dominant option and is eclipsing a lot of the other short range options that exist in the game. SOOOOOO... as of Tuesday 4/21 (likely 8AM PT) the WSTR will no longer be able to down an enemy player who has blue shields or above with two shots. The ideal is that in a majority of cases this will force a reload in scenarios where the target has a blue shield, allowing for some more counterplay in these scenarios. What Will Change: - Change will go live Tuesday 4/21 in the morning. Likely 8AM PT. - WSTRs can still down a green shielded target with 2 direct shots at short rang - WSTRs will no longer be able to down a blue and above shielded target with 2 shots at short range. We're still keeping an eye on a variety of balance issues. Thanks for all the feedback, keep it coming and we'll keep hammering at it.

@CoachJimFuller @TuasRevenge Van noy is a weird comp. They don’t remind me of each other at all. Melvin Ingram was successful and was more Bains size and arm length was only 31.5. Bain sets an edge, it’s not all about the sacks. If he’s stout in the run, nasty and gets 8-10 sacks a year I’d be happy

I watch a ton of games. And absolutely. I’m going to ignore every piece of his high light film and watch the bad reps instead. He has trouble maintaining weight. He gets caught up in long arms or good tackles. He is going to be swallowed in the nfl. Only one guy close to him has been successful and Kyle van noys arms are a full inch longer.
