I will update everyone on the TD Garden situation soon. But we believe there is a misunderstanding by the arena, even though they demanded questions and if they didn’t like my answer they wouldn’t let me in. I appreciate everyone’s kind messages, they truly mean a lot. All Cohen and I wanted to do was go see our close friends on the NU Women’s Team during the Beanpot Consolation. However TD Garden Staff/Security had other plans. Obviously, everyone in our family is beyond disappointed. Cohen is likely going to retire after this year and going out like this would be a massive blow for everyone involved. As someone who has brought Cohen to the Garden maybe over 50 times with no issue, this was a massive blindside. Along with having our issue walking into the arena, we asked for a higher up security official at the garden for more information. After consulting with a much friendlier security personnel at the box office, he said that he consulted with “three other security officials” on the phone to evaluate the situation, he informed us that my “disabilities” do not meet their standards for bringing in a service dogs. We are really hoping @TDGarden corrects this situation and issues an apology, as they even have had a partnership with NEADS in the past.

Today, a school bus driver accused of indecent assault and battery on a 9-year-old girl was scheduled for arraignment in Woburn District Court. I've learned that Middlesex Assistant District Attorney Katharine Folger met with the child's family yesterday and informed them the charges are being dropped. Reportedly because the girl asked the driver to "make her laugh," which was interpreted as consent for physical contact. The ADA says that it was an invite. This decision feels wrong and sends a dangerous message about child safety. No child should have their boundaries dismissed like this.
