Further developed pulm Koch's on adalimumab Rx .Now having UC flare(bloody diarrhea with high frequency). Steroids to be started with ongoing ATT ? Role of Tofacitinib ? Aspirate from a cystic lesion in relation to body pancreas. Increased in size from 3.2 to 6.5 cm over 3 yrs. majority of cyst is extrapancreatic. No history suggestive of pancreatitis. Possibilities? #GITwitter
