I’m just wondering. Do Muslims ever spread their faith through good works, such as starting orphanages, opening hospitals, feeding the hungry, and helping the poor? Or do they just spread it with violence?

@ColMoeDavis That’s the difference between islam and other religions. You’re not allowed to question, criticize, amend koran. A good Christian or Hindu is good because of his beliefs. Whereas any good Moslem is good despite his religious beliefs. A true moslem is a bad moslem.

The Bible says “Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery” (Luke 16:18) and “both the adulterer and the adulteress are to be put to death.” (Leviticus 20:10). Do you (and your second wife) take that as a literal religious commandment too?

@MikeBales If you knew anything about Islam, you'd know the 4th pillar of the faith is Zakat. Donating 2.5 percent of our savings in charity every year. Also applicable to land, assets and gold. Call any mosque where you live. Ask for food or help with meds etc. You don't have to be Muslim

Away from all the noise exists a silent breed of Muslims who quietly place India above all else at home and beyond. What they seek, simply and sincerely, is peaceful coexistence, dignity, and harmony far removed from the frenzy and rabies that so often dominate the discourse.
