That said, Figma isn’t obsolete. I still stay hands-on when needed. But I’ve realized this: A UI/UX designer grows the most when their thinking isn’t boxed inside frames. Also, AI hasn’t replaced my design process - it’s refined it.

In these projects, the design system was already set up and humming with dev - so I shamelessly skipped Figma like it was leg day at the gym. 💪 Some tiny tweaks - take a bit longer than they would in Figma. But worth it.
