Looks like it was purposefully mounted upside down so he could move his NGAL up. I’m more curious if he can actually get a good sight picture/stock placement with his nods down like that with a LPVO. I’ve done it, but it’s rough. Would never shoot with my 31s stowed that way if I could help it.

Modtac is on upside down and we have an LVPO indoors in mixed lighting…… Two thumbs down.
