@easyJet @easyJetholidays absolutely disgraced by your service. Cancelling our flight in Berlin at 3pm today when you were aware yesterday at 3pm of the strikes. Having to cut short our trip with virtually no assistance in finding another flight is abysmal. Take accountability!
