@OntheBeachUK bank holiday fiasco.. reached destination all excited and get to the hotel only to be told there’s no booking under our names.. sitting in 39C heat with no help via what’s app or calling the customer service no spending more than 200£ only to get a scam call


@OntheBeachUK A swift reply would be appreciated. Landed in Marrakech, 14 people… and none of our reservations being honoured by the resort… what is one supposed to do with 5 kids in tow.

@OntheBeachUK I have been trying for over a week now to change a passengers details for an up & coming trip, unsuccessfully. It’s saying it needs to be done a week before we go, which is this Friday. Is there anybody I can speak to regarding this, please.

@OntheBeachUK I made bookings the other day but they all failed. However on one attempt you still took the money. Please can someone ring me or help so I can get the money back?

@OntheBeachUK literally shocking. Cancelled my booking, nobody answers calls, IVR diverts you to their chat bot and the bot diverts you to the website to complete a form. I'm probably better off booking with another travel agency!
