@OntheBeachUK why take bookings when you work with third party agents who are call boycotted .. appalling customer service and after 4 calls no resolution .. 3 hours wasted with 6 kids getting fed up and exhausted

@OntheBeachUK bank holiday fiasco.. reached destination all excited and get to the hotel only to be told there’s no booking under our names.. sitting in 39C heat with no help via what’s app or calling the customer service no spending more than 200£ only to get a scam call

@UberEats_UK hate to do this, but your rude customer service fails again! 18:03 placed a grocery order of chocolates, paid priority delivery. 19:33 with no order in sight, polite request to cancel. Charged the full order value £44.37… a bit much, no?!
