Another thank you to @WatkinsWisdom for this sampler of #MoveMoreAtYourDesk by Kerrie-Anne Bradley of @DeskPilates. I do 12-hour shifts at a desk with four short breaks and will definitely try and incorporate some of these movements into my day! This one comes out 8th March.
