The most amazing customer service from @BootsUK - bought a very expensive electrical item in Nov that has since gone faulty. Contacted the maker of the product who were awful - the Boots team were incredible and made it so easy, refunded this AM after a store return yday

Disgusted in the way being treated by @BootsUK been chasing a refund since August 2025 an item brought of boots website but third party. Promised by boots will get refund within 14 days back in November. Now we are in Jan! Chased up numerous times via email and no reply!
