I stopped paying insurance after .@DirectLine refused to pay a claim for diagnostic blood tests saying because it found the cause was a pre existing condition it was not covered. I pointed out that without those tests (diagnostic being the key) how would I have known what the problem was? Pet insurance is a con. Stick £50 aside each month.

@DirectLine So I had an accident in March was emailed to say my no claims will not be affected renewal came at £300 ..then I got an email from renewals to say it was going up to £644..paid it the operator said that the difference will be refunded once the claim was updated.wont refund

@DirectLine I have been with Direct Line for around 15 years for car and home — never made a claim on either. My car insurance is up for renewal at the end of April and DL have just told me they won’t be renewing! They won’t tell me why

@DirectLine I tried to update my new address (policy 5037683421). Can’t talk to no one at customer service. Had to spend 30 minutes chatting to a bot, and it still not record details correctly. I will never use DIRECTLINE as I cannot speak to a human being. #nocustomerservice

@DirectLine Storm last week fetched tiles off my roof and Direct Line Won't cover it saying it is a maintenance problem. Have been insured with them for over 20 year and never made a claim on my house insurance. They will say anything to weasel out of it.

@Deskcare_S I already phoned you and got told exactly the same as the assessor you sent. Maintenance Problem invalidating my claim. Ref: 501350136 ~ Unless you can help me I will have to do the only thing I can and renew all my policies with a different insurer when they end soon.

@DirectLine are a joke! Car insurance policy increased from £600 to £1200 and then best price they can do is still nearly £900! That is still double the price of what i can get it for with multiple other companies! Shocking! They must be looking to get rid of a load of customers!

@DirectLine my vulnerable parents have been left with no running water and no central heating for over 48 hours now ! Because of an escape of water through the ceiling ! Been informed today trace & access cannot attend until Friday that would be 5 days ! Seriously concerning !
