Windforce might have some uses now.
It can stop enemies (including bosses) for a few turns. As an example here, it stopped 5 of what would normally be 8 actions of the Ancients.
It can be an effective tool against enemies with 2 turns, but the big cost is still to consider.

Cards: Aggressor, Ante Up, Knight, x3 Charge, Power Shot, Mega Rush, and Slingshot (Brigand Sword upgrade)
Item: Apple Pie
Additional: LV2 First Strike buff. (Start a fight with Dynamite or Bounce)
Can be increased by 1 with Paintball Gun on multiplayer.
