if you know 2 languages, your native language and English, you didn't really learn another language. given how prominent it is, it's more like learning 0.5 languages. on the other hand, a English native speaker learning another language is like learning 1.5 languages

@DiveChud The change was still stupid and uncalled for. But at least now there's a way to compensate with it by just meleeing all the time. At least now Cap won't become unplayable garbage since melees can still be canceled but I still just wished we just reverted the changes.

@The1Kidney1der @RivalsAssembled No he doesn't. The animation helped him drastically with increasing his damage, or more precisely the amount of damage he does per minute. Without it all his damage just gets super easily outhealed and takes way too long to kill to really get to kill anyone.
