@KagimuDrImran Don't allow Nollywood to mess up your thinking o. Nobody just brings paper from nowhere, asking the other partner to sign, and thereby ending the marriage. It's only the courts that can end a marriage, and it's a very lengthy & rigorous process.

Pls i want to know if i can get my tenant arrested for what he did. when he got the apartment from me and moved in, the pumping machine was bad and i plead with him to be patient with me while i look for money to buy a new one as we have fixed this one several times but it keeps on having issues. He said he can not wait and he mentioned that he will buy a new one. He did as he mentioned and he hand over the old one to me and everything was going fine. I had a need of his apartment, i served him Notice to Quit and i explained to him so he won't feel offended. He agreed to quit after his rent expires His rent expires last week and this man removed the pumping machine without my consent and approval He took the old pumping from the backyard where i kept it and fix it back into the borehole, when he know so well that the old pumping machine is not working. Although he fixed all damage done to the floor and the surrounding but i feel the new pumping machine is now part of the property and he doesn’t have right over it anymore the moment he installed it for public use. Before i get him arrested, i want to know if i have a good case against him. Atanda: Is the tenant running NGO or any charity program that donates pumping machines to Landlords? Did the tenant announce publicly that he donates the pumping machine to the building in loving memory of his father or mother? Is there any written agreement that the tenant agree to gift you the pumping machine? If your answer to the above questions is NO. You have no case He bought the pumping for his own convenience and you have served him Notice to Quit He did not only remove the pumping machine, he fixed back the old one and you confirmed he fix other damages done No case here sir The law is not emotional Ignorance of the law is no excuse © Atanda

My husband went to this general hospital to take his remaining malaria injection. He went there, got his card, went to the pharmacy inside the hospital and got the injection ( that's how they do) He waited till it got to his turn.. Immediately it was his turn, he went in but the nurse was a little busy according to her. So he sat down again and had to wait. Not up to 3 minutes, the nurse called their cleaner who was sweeping the room .. She asked the cleaner to get the injection from my husband and give it to him.. Yes! She asked a cleaner to do her work for her cause she was busy... My husband changed it for both of them right there.. How can you ask a cleaner to give someone injection???? What do we call this one please ????? The nurse started apologising, saying that the cleaner have learned how to give injection... Honestly this is still boiling me up cause that was pure carelessness.. The nurse has been begging that we don't report her to her superior.. What's your take on this??? Should we report her or not???

The day women start telling each other the truth instead of constantly defending nonsense, that’s the day we’ll witness real liberation. Madam, simple question, did you cheat with Chike or not? All this ‘he wasn’t providing’, ‘I was unhappy’, ‘ejo wewe’ explanation no change the fact that cheating is cheating. You had every opportunity to leave the relationship instead of being dishonest. And the most annoying part is seeing some women in the comments applauding it like it’s something to be proud of. Una really need to stop normalizing rubbish. E ti ya Wehrey. Zero sense of accountability 🙄

There was a man who had a friend that owned a block industry. The man wanted to start building his house and felt it was only right to patronize his friend. So he paid for 3,000 blocks at once. Unfortunately, after making payment, he encountered some issues concerning the land where he wanted to build. Because of the dispute on the land, he couldn’t move the blocks to his site, so the blocks remained at his friend’s block industry. The dispute lasted for about 7 months before it was finally settled. Immediately the issue was resolved, he returned with the mindset of carrying the exact 3,000 blocks he paid for 7 months earlier. But by then, the price of blocks had increased. When he initially paid, each block was ₦500, but 7 months later, the market price had risen to ₦600 per block. His friend then explained to him that, because of their friendship, instead of charging him the current market price of ₦600, he would reduce it to ₦550 per block. He then gave him three options: 1.Add more money to balance up and carry the full 3,000 blocks. 2.Carry the quantity of blocks equivalent to the amount he paid 7 months ago. 3.Collect a full refund of his money. But the man became furious. He insisted he wasn’t adding any extra money, and he also refused the refund. According to him, the initial agreement should stand since he had already paid in full. His friend tried to explain that the market price of cement, labour, and production had increased, and if he released the blocks at the old price, he would run at a loss. But the man refused to understand. In fact, he even threatened to take legal action against his friend. Now here’s my question.👇🏾 Between both of them, who do you think is more justified, and who is more likely to win this case if it becomes a legal matter?

I was on a train in Tokyo. We stopped between stations. Announcement in Japanese, then in English: "We apologize for the delay. We will resume shortly." The delay was maybe 3 minutes. Not a big deal. When the train started moving again, another announcement: "We sincerely apologize for the delay. We were stopped for 3 minutes and 20 seconds. This is unacceptable. Thank you for your patience." Three minutes and twenty seconds. They measured it exactly. And called it unacceptable. When I got off at my stop, there were station staff on the platform bowing and handing out delay certificates. I took one out of curiosity. It was an official document stating that the train had been delayed by 3 minutes and 20 seconds, signed and stamped. The staff member said in English "for your employer. So they know the delay was not your fault." I said I'm a tourist, I don't need it. He looked confused. "But the delay affected you. You deserve an apology." Three minutes. They were treating a three-minute delay like a major incident. Later I mentioned this to a Japanese friend. They said "oh yes, delay certificates are normal. Trains are supposed to be exactly on time. If they are late, they must apologize." I said three minutes isn't late, it's nothing. My friend said "in Japan, three minutes is late. On time means on time. Not approximately on time." They said the train company probably investigated why there was a 3-minute delay. "They will find the cause and fix it so it doesn't happen again." I kept the certificate. It's framed in my apartment now. A reminder that somewhere in the world, people care about three minutes. © 6IX.

Dear Editors of Vanguard Newspaper, I write to sincerely appreciate your effort in sharing my post on X (formerly Twitter) concerning the unfortunate incident involving my stolen Lexus RX 350, which was later recovered by the CP Crack Squad, Ikeja Command, but unlawfully sold. Your platform has given my story a voice and extended my cry for justice to a wider audience of Nigerians, and for that, I am deeply grateful. To briefly restate my ordeal: after my vehicle was recovered, the officer in charge of the operation, ASP Anifowose of the Crack Squad, Ikeja, contacted me and asked me to come to Lagos to identify and verify my car. Upon confirmation, I was instructed to pay the sum of four hundred thousand naira to one Mr. Chucks, the tracker specialist who allegedly assisted in the recovery of the vehicle I complied with this demand in good faith. However, when I returned to take possession of my car, I was shockingly informed that the vehicle had already been sold. I immediately escalated the matter to the team’s superior officer, who assured me that another vehicle would be provided as compensation. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. In pursuit of justice, I further reported the case to the office of the Police Public Relations Officer at the time, Benjamin Hundeyin. Accompanied by my lawyer and my ailing father, I presented all evidence, including video recordings of the recovery operation. Following this, we were advised to take the matter to Abuja for further investigation. Subsequently, I traveled to the police headquarters in Abuja with my lawyer, submitted a formal petition, and recorded my statement. I was assured that the case would be thoroughly investigated. Sadly, it has now been over four years, and no justice has been served, nor has any resolution been reached. Your decision to share my story has renewed my hope that the right authorities will take notice and act accordingly. I remain hopeful that through your continued support and the awareness you have created, justice will prevail. Thank you once again for standing as a voice for the voiceless.

MTN wants to pay me #500,00 to take down this post💔💔‼️ Yesterday I called out MTN and how they steal data from their users The post made serious waves and a lot of small accounts and influencers with millions of followers joined me to call out MTN I just checked my DM now and saw MTN wants me to take down the post. I’m tempted to accept the money but something came to my mind If i accept this #500,000 wouldn’t I spend more that this if MTN don’t stop stealing data from Nigerians? If I accept this money I’ll be saving only myself and leaving other Nigerians to be victims of MTN’S theft @MTNNG I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR #500,000 STOP STEALING FROM NIGERIANS THAT IS ALL WE WANT!!!

I just confirmed that @MTNNG steals data from their users‼️‼️💔 I’ve been having suspicions that MTN have been stealing data because of the rate at which my data finishes so fast even if I don’t download anything So yesterday by 3:52 PM I bought 11GB data for 3500 naira I put my phone on power saving mode so no app in the background will be able to use data I didn’t download or upload any videos and I’ve been using my phone lightly. I felt like all this wasn’t enough so i decided to download an app that tracks my data usage This afternoon MTN sent me a message that I have just 4GB of data left Checked the app and saw I used only 3GB from the 11GB I bought yesterday Now my question to MTN is this If I used 3GB from 11GB that means I should have 8GB left Why do I have just 4GB left? Where did my remaining 4GB go??? All evidence attached in the screenshots below👇👇👇 We need to call out MTN for these recent thefts as I’m sure I’m not the only one facing this problem
