My father and brothers never shied away from hard work and always did it without complaining. Growing up, I surrounded myself with hardworking, successful people, making failure not an option. They were quiet, never bragged about success, but did everything with great attitude and purpose, always smiling and having fun. This showed me that humility, hard work, helping others, and enjoying life were the best things to do even if life got hard. Forever grateful to all.
