@lifeofbashox And this is a problem at large, from government appointees to private sector. We take a working policy from another geography and implement it within ours, without looking at some variables and factors. Reason a lot of policies work perfectly in other climes and fail at HOME.

@DevInKaftan And thats the issue with these experts. Its not everything that works abroad would work in Nigeria, as a matter of fact, Nigeria sometimes defy economics. So the knowledge you consume from some white person, you need to tone down to fit in Nigerias dynamics

In this Nigeria, the best thing you can do to yourself, your family and your sanity is to own a house if you can afford to. Make no mistake, owning a home is a monumental achievement.
