This appointment was all about the changing of the terms and conditions and legal side. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s already left the project. About #VERASITY ($VRA) A lot of people are angry about Verasity’s latest update. I’m not. Most frustration comes from expectations: • a token burn • a POV migration to TRON • and poor communication — mainly from people trading $VRA, not using the product. Here’s my take 1️⃣ Verasity did what they said They promised an update before month-end — and delivered. The publication is clear, structured, and professional. You may dislike the content, but you can’t call it unserious. 2️⃣ This is not a new project Verasity has been operating since 2017. In crypto, longevity matters — most projects don’t survive that long. 3️⃣ About token supply Yes, tokenomics changed. That’s a fact. But let’s be honest: People happily gamble on $DOGE • ~168B supply • permanent inflation • no real utility Yet DOGE trades around ~$0.12. So claiming that $VRA can’t perform long-term due to higher supply is intellectually weak. The real question is: ➡️ Will supply expansion become a recurring habit? That’s what should be monitored. 4️⃣ Launching $PLRL Starting a new project like $PLRL is risky — but not abnormal.Even large, serious companies do this. Example: Bitpanda worked for years on PANTOS and BEST, then eventually replaced both with $VSN. So this move alone isn’t a red flag. ⚠️ A red flag would be a full rebrand away from Verasity. We’re not there. What does matter now: ➡️ The airdrop And yes — limiting it to VeraWallet holders is debatable. An airdrop for all $VRA holders would be fairer. 5️⃣ “The community” misconception Verasity is a company, not a DAO. They are accountable to: • clients • partners • shareholders Buying a token does not make you an owner of the company. Tokens are a byproduct, not equity. That’s true for every crypto project — and Verasity explicitly stated it. You may dislike that reality, but it’s not dishonest. 6️⃣ About the company itself • 6 patents granted • 9 more pending • operating since 2017 Could it fail? Yes. Like any company. But if projects like LUNA/LUNC still exist and attract speculation, pretending $VRA is “dead” is emotional, not rational. 7️⃣ The real issue: expectations Most anger comes from people who bought near ATH. But ask yourself: Did Verasity ever promise riches? Did they guarantee success? ➡️ No. They had a roadmap — and they changed it. That’s normal in business. Many holders are simply overexposed, chasing 1000x fantasies. Real investors know one thing: ➡️ You can lose everything. If your horizon is 10–20 years, short-term price action doesn’t matter. And if you believe every project is “the next Bitcoin”, that’s not investing — that’s dreaming. Final thought You don’t have to like Verasity’s decisions. But criticism should be grounded in reality, not entitlement. Ps: I am currently 95% down on my wallet and invested hundreds of thousands. I don't care.

Reality of the @verasitytech update is basically that the $VRA token is now 200 Billion total supply and a new tradeable token known as $PLRL with a 10 Billion Hard Cap replaces the POV token.. It’s actually not that bad if we get a decent Airdrop and the company can onboard some big clients that use their services. To be honest I’m actually ok with it providing they start delivering better communications and marketing. #VRA
