Governor Sakaja Johnson has failed Nairobians. Demolition of Gikomba Market by govt for being on ' Riparian Land will be the biggest blow on Nairobi County, actually the country. Gikomba Market is the biggest employer in the informal sector. Gikomba goes down (Eastleigh expansion space needed obviously). 70% of Gikomba market is allegedly on Riparian land. Some traders have been issued with a two day vacate notice and asked not open tomorrow since that's when demolition starts.
