It's been kept original all these years Original kitchen, most bathrooms, floors, teak built in, about 75 percent of the light fixtures are original. I've loved living in this home for 23 years ! What a view. And it's been incredible to have a helicopter pad and a yacht marina.

Featured in ‘Scarface’, this mansion on Key Biscayne was just listed for $237 million. The roughly 13,000 sqft modern mansion was built in 1981 by Roberto Striedinger, a pilot who was convicted of smuggling cocaine for the Medellín drug cartel. The property was eventually seized by the U.S. government. The mansion, with an iconic glass elevator, appeared in “Scarface” as the home of drug lord Frank Lopez and his wife, Elvira. There’s also a 20,000 sqft concrete helipad jutting out into the bay.

Pray with me July 6, 2025 Father in Heaven, Even now…especially now…we lift our eyes to You. The storm has raged. Hearts are broken, families are grieving, and questions echo in the silence. But God, You have not changed. You are still our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). So though the earth gives way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, we will not fear. Our faith is not built on comfort or ease. It’s built on Christ, the solid Rock. Lord, remind us that Your promises are not fragile. Your love is not circumstantial. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). What we see may shake us, but it cannot shake You. And we are held by You. So we declare, even in our sorrow, even in our loss, even with tears in our eyes: Our hope is alive. Our faith will not fail. You are the God who brings beauty from ashes, who turns mourning into dancing, who gives songs in the night. You are close to the brokenhearted. You bind up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). You sit with us in the pain and walk with us through the fire. Let this be our anthem in the days to come: “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him” (Job 13:15). “We are hard-pressed on every side, but not crushed…struck down, but not destroyed” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9). “The Lord gives and the Lord takes away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21). Strengthen our faith, Lord. Hold us together when we feel like falling apart. Let the roots go deeper. Let our worship rise higher. Let the world see that tragedy does not cancel out truth and sorrow cannot drown hope. We are Your people. And though we grieve, we grieve with hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13). You are with us. 175 Mile E Foil Ride - Recap Video Sunday I left my house for longer Solo "E-Foil" ride with my boat chasing me which is a normal weekend activity for me. I've become so addicted to Efoil riding the last two years that early on I asked a chase boat to follow me with more batteries so that I could keep going. I ride 3 to 5 batteries (each battery is about 45 minutes) all the time with my kids and a few friends that enjoy these scenic trips down to the Keys or rides to and from my house at Cat Cay, Bahamas. I prefer windy conditions for more challenge and better work out. I also commute to work from my house on Key Biscyane to Coconut Grove via the ocean side and ride 1 to 2 batteries shortly after sunrise many work days. After a 85 mile ride Saturday, the mates that work on boats were telling me my longer rides were already a record and that for sure our 15 battery stockpile would be the "world record" So Sunday I put my bathing suit on and after my ride buddies Billy and Tyler told me they had plans, I decided to go solo again and told myself I'd ride every battery as my own challenge and maybe to make a record . They gave me our go pro a stick so this is some footage of the ride and my thoughts. I went 9 hours and 175 miles.
