@simplykashif I believe that if you delete an account on any CEX, it is the duty of the CEX to delete the data as well along with the account. So I don't think that any CEX will share the data of deleted account to the government and if they do, they will have more questions to answer

We should not complaint about Indian exchanges UI/UX and we should not compare with Binance Here is my thought 🧵 Small exchanges may lack a polished UI/UX due to: 1. Limited Resources: Smaller exchanges may not have the financial means to invest in top-notch UI development. Binance team has world top IT experts and they can afford it. You know very well about binance per day volume. 2. Focus on Functionality: They might prioritize building essential features over refining the user interface to minimize costs. 3. Inexperienced Teams: Smaller teams may have less expertise in UI design, resulting in a less sophisticated interface. 4. Rapid Development: Smaller exchanges might prioritize quick development and functionality rollout, leaving UI refinement for later stages. 5. Market Competition: With limited resources, smaller exchanges might allocate resources to areas they consider more crucial for survival in a competitive market. Improving UI often requires time, investment, and a dedicated focus, which might be challenging for smaller exchanges with resource constraints. Being a ex Software Engineer I would say Indian exchange need more resources to upgrade their infrastructure but due to high taxation they are lacking volume. So if they will not have much profit then there will be difficulty to maintain high quality resources. Conclusion : Indian exchange needs full government support to reduce TDS. Excessive taxation is stifling the growth of startups, hindering their ability to invest in innovation and expansion. The burden of high taxes often limits their financial resources, making it challenging to navigate the competitive business landscape and impeding overall economic development. Policymakers may need to consider more startup-friendly tax policies to foster a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
