i think value rarely flows to the most intelligent... it flows to whoever owns the “infra” through which intelligence creates value.

Society is about to split humans in two… on what line?.. the intelligence divide. Value flows to whoever has the widest gap between them and the next guy.

Coins need to start at like $100k market caps instead of $5k
People getting 3% for $500 and then having $30,000 to nuke on a chart at a measly $1m mc is crazy. So much sell pressure is created by early holders to very little buy pressure to counteract
And once that sell pressure starts from those holders, other holders start nuking to so they don’t eat the whole bag and drop another 30%. This is why floors are so low
How can we fix that
If someone wants 3% they should have to pony up some more cash than a few hundo. Should have to be in the thousands for sure

tumbbad was/is one of the finest movies ever made in india atleast according to me (in the psychological/mystery genre)
likes and dislikes are very subjective and i don’t deny that but adapting good local folklore stories (in this case a story from narayan dharap) was unseen before
secondly, the vfx is top notch and does ample justice to drive the story forward (i have watched many films with bigger budgets and bad vfx - robot, ra one etc)
and thirdly, it’s sohum shah’s comeback after a hiatus and delivering a banging performance not just as an actor but also taking the risk of putting money into a first time director while many big production houses don’t even have the courage to break from the mould
it’s an ambitious attempt is all i have to say

Never liked Tumbbad. Not sure what people see in it. Though I am a fan of Sohum Shah.
