I recently purchased a horn from bigwing dealership pune PCMC on 16th may but it was high tone and I wanted low tone so next day I went to get it replaced,the part was not even opened but the service centre denied and told me it can't be replaced.

@honda2wheelerin@BigWingIndia When I told them I will escalate the issue their response was "Ok do whatever you want" This type of after service and unprofessional behaviour is really a dent to Honda reputation.
See point no 5. "All replacement will be subjected to our inspection" even after showing this the staff denied and told me it will not be replaced, I reached to the manager even his response was also like I can't do anything in this.

@JioMart_Support i placed an order with one item rs 96 after cupon aplied, just after it i got message item is unavailable and 96 rs will be refunded. Within 1 min same item was available, What about loss of 24 rs, you should either give 120 refund or give discount cupon.
@BlueDart_@BlueDartCares@BandBajaateRaho The shipment was urgent that's why I chose next day delivery, now who will take the responsibility of the loss occured due to delay & what about Rupees 550 that I paid for next day service which I didn't recieved. Need full refund along with compensation.
