@APCcustserv I had a collection scheduled for today that was a no show? Please advise

@RoyalMail item stolen from tracked envelope somewhere between sellers sorting office in Cardiff and Lutterworth. Is there somewhere I can report this with royal mail. eBay are handling my refund / return but I feel it should still be logged with Royal Mail somewhere?
