Sitting here waiting for a delivery from @APCcustserv, & it's already 40mins late. It's kind of thrown my plans into disarray. I hate being late, and it's even more annoying when it's not you're fault and you're sitting there waiting for a parcel.

@APCOvernight Your guy needs speaking to tonight. Ref 0000937 to TS135JX. I specified a shed as a safe place not the doorstep. I also had a note on the door. Couldn’t be bothered to do the job as asked and keep my packages, worth around £400, safe. Disgusted.

@APCcustserv what's the point of delivery photos if they don't show the location of the parcel? My courier told me he just took a photo of the label; what use is that to me? This does not show that the parcel has been delivered!

Hard to imagine a worse named company than @APCOvernight Next day delivery paid for, get a notification at the time of delivery to say its been cancelled and will be tomorrow now, and even worse on the tracking info they say the customer cancelled! No i didnt!!!!

@APCOvernight another day another delivery firm. Despite being home with the front 🚪 open into vestibule, where packages always left, my parcel was left here outside the office of the repair garage next door. If no answer at mine fair enough but they didn't come to mine at all.
