@Manga_Kamen Buddy you got to realize not everything has to immediately make sense. Something fandoms enjoy is theory crafting. Hopefully this stuff will get explained later, but just because we don't get the full story of something doesn't mean it's terrible.

Sparda literally left the Rebellion and Yamato his children, and we learned that when Vergil was on the verge of death in Visions of V, it appeared in his hands to help him fight back. Sparda had a plan, contrary to what you're claiming. In the 2007 anime, we also learn that Dante can summon Rebellion to his hands, it's literally in the first scene of the entire anime. Also - HOW did Mundus steal it? We never see how Mundus got his hands on the Yamato in the show, especially since we know for a fact that Rebellion was kept by Dante and the Sparda was in the Vatican for some reason. The problem is in the inconsistency - If Mundus had his goons steal the Yamato, why did they leave the Rebellion? It makes no sense.

@Manga_Kamen Remember in The Raid 2 when that crime lord's son was manipulated into trusting a rival by having prisoners who tried to assassinate him delivered and tied up for personal execution? What Mundus did reminded me of that.

see, this is why you can’t really powerscale juvia properly. she has a natural ability called sierra, which allows her power to surpass its limits depending on her emotional state. that’s why without a clear goal or strong motivation, she doesn’t fully unleash her power.
