Not sure what this looks like exactly. I imagine a set price where you can only sell to certain parties...

Market Cap means nothing and it never has. Market Cap = last traded price x total supply. That's it. That's the calculation. That means if I pay on ledger $1 for one millionth of an $XRP then the last recorded price is $1,000,000 per $XRP; meaning a market cap of $100,000-Trillion. All I'd have spent is $1 for a hundred-thousand-trillion market cap. I.e. meaningless. What matters is volume, velocity, liquidity, and capacity. If 12.5 Trillion moves through 20b $XRP over any given timeframe, the average price is $625.

Also in a completely unrelated coincidence, when Mossad was hacked a few weeks ago Scams suspended his account for a few days, but luckily for Dan he wasn't in the leak.

@JoelKatz @BTC2Zero @uptownsaul There’s no way a few whales could bid it up that high. The way the escrow works you release enough to grease the wheels and take the excess off the market. You need it in the system before it can do what it’s designed to do. This post is a red herring.
